Liked most aspects, except location, it was terrible.

The apartment at Apartments Simic was exceptional. Mladen, the host, was welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. the apartment was spotlessly clean and had extras like water, beer, coffee, and tea. the views of the old town and the sea were breathtaking. We loved sitting on the terrace, enjoying the scenery with a glass of wine. the location was central and convenient. a fantastic stay.

Felt completely safe, no complaints.

There was a bath in the private bathroom. It was located in a very nice area near the walking path in the mountain, the Old Town and the Cable Car Station and as enjoyable as possible,...

We were actually surprised when we arrived at Simic. Our host, Mladen, warmly welcomed us and gave us a lot of helpful information about the area. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the amazing view from the terrace. We spent many evenings just sitting there, soaking in the beauty of the old town and the boats on the water. The steps leading up to the apartment were a bit challenging, but we found an alternate route, made it easier.

The views from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect vantage point of the city. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information and arranging transportation. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a new kitchen and a comfortable bed, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The apartment was a bit of a walk from the beach, so it may not be the best choice for those looking to spend their days by the sea. there were some steps involved in getting to the old town, which could be challenging for people who don't like walking uphill.

The spacious apartment and terrace provided us with stunning views of the old town, making it the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to the old town and a gentle route up from beside the cable car. The helpful owner, Mr Simic, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Our children couldn't get enough of the mesmerizing view from the balcony, and we couldn't be more grateful for such a memorable experience.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were a small playground area for the children.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We could see the old town and the boats coming and going. It was even more beautiful than the photos online. the apartment was also very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect - close to public transportation and within walking distance to the main attractions in the city.

The only drawback was the number of steps we had to climb to reach the apartment. It was quite a workout, especially for someone who is not very fit.

It's important to note that the apartment is located up a steep hill with many steps, which may be a challenge for those who have difficulty walking uphill. there were some unavoidable problems during our stay, such as a temporary internet outage.

Mind-blowing views from the terrace and private balcony, super attentive and helpful host, spotlessly clean apartment equipped with everything you need, comfortable bed, quiet location.

The host was great and made our trip special, I will definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Apartments Simic for a short trip. Mladen, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From helping with our luggage to providing tasty snacks and drinks upon arrival, he was incredibly thoughtful. He even went out of his way to get us a sunshade for the balcony. The apartment itself was beautiful, with a stunning view and all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and the old town just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel!

our second stay in dubrovnik blew us away! staying at this apartment was the best decision. the host went above and beyond, arranging airport transfers and treating us with snacks and wine. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and with amazing views from the balcony.

Balcony door was a little tricky.

He even called the taxi driver for us to provide directions, ensuring a smooth arrival. the larger apartment with a partial sea view was perfect, and we loved having a spacious private balcony. the views from the nearby viewing platform were absolutely amazing.

Felt very fortunate, no complaints at all.
